Hi all,
I am new to this forum and wanted to say a big hi to all off you and stay strong.
I have a question which I haven’t managed to find anyone else experiencing the same (at least not at this forum, unless I didn’t search correctly), since my RAI (March 2022)I have been experiencing irregularities in my menstrual cycle length. At first it was every 40 days and then every 20 days, then it became regular as before, at least for the last 4 -5 months, but again I am having the same.
Has anyone had the same?
Thank you all for taking the time to read
This is a tough topic to search for because if you put 'period', it pulls up every time somebody says 'I went to the doctors after a period of time' and if you put 'periods' and somebody has written it in the singular, it won't find it.
On top of that, throw in all the euphemisms people use and it's a minefield.
This thread might be handy - my friend Lass knows what she's talking about:
Best wishes
Barbara

Hello, I'm 4 years post RAI, but I remember everything went a bit strange for me for maybe about a year. I mentioned it to my consultant and she said it's because my whole body had received the radiation so sometimes it does upset things. I'd suggest you mention it when you next see them?
