Menstrual Cycle after TT & RAI

This is a tough topic to search for because if you put 'period', it pulls up every time somebody says 'I went to the doctors after a period of time' and if you put 'periods' and somebody has written it in the singular, it won't find it. 

On top of that, throw in all the euphemisms people use and it's a minefield.

Hello, I'm 4 years post RAI, but I remember everything went a bit strange for me for maybe about a year. I mentioned it to my consultant and she said it's because my whole body had received the radiation so sometimes it does upset things. I'd suggest you mention it when you next see them?

Hi, thank you so much. I have done so and they say probably is because of that without definite answer. It seems that it happens whenever I increase the levothyroxine dosage, so makes sense..
