This is going to sound so strange but I was just wondering if it was a link to my meds or something else.
Has anyone had a feeling of being drunk?
I know that sounds weird but I mean when I tey to remember something from the day before or a few days before it's like I am remembering something from when I was drunk.
Like when you have been on a night out and the next day you get flashbacks but feel sort of disconnected from the memories.
I keep getting that, without alcohol of course.
The other week I couldnt even remember saying goodbye to my brother and him leaving only a few hours after he left.
I know that isnt 'nornal' but wondered of I should speak to my GP or my oncologist about it.
Thank you
Gaynor x
Hi Gaynor. I had a similar situation from October 19 until my left half of thyroid was removed and yet my thyroxine levels were in range. I then had a lump appear but only when I swallowed. I had a variety of blood tests before my diagnosis and I didn’t feel well enough to drive. I described it and not really being in the room. I would certainly seek medical advices.
Good luck,
John
Thank you John, I've found I've only had this in the past few months and had my TT in december but since then my dose has doubled.
I will definitely seek medical advice
