Absolutely heartbroken. Hes chose to speak to a total stranger female and chose to leave me as he has feelings for her. I was diagnosed 15 months ago. How do I get through this horrendous time. Has anybody been through this. Im 49 years old. Feel like my whole world has crumbled.
There's nothing quite like cancer for separating the sheep from the goats and the good men from the total bastards. Sadly what you describe is not as rare as we'd all hope it would be. On the other hand - and I know it's impossible to think that way at the moment - you'll look back later and perhaps be thankful that you didn't waste another 20-30 years on a man like that.
Let your friends help you and ask for professional help if you need it - oh, and make sure you get everything you are entitled to from your shared belongings.
Best wishes
Barbara

What goes around, often comes around Kazbar 70. I'm sorry that your husband has treated you so badly in your hour of need. One day he may need support himself and will understand, as one of my old male friends now does.
This may well be the worst time in your life, but from that point people, illnesses and life, get better.
