evening everyone.
A while since my last visit. I just have some questions and wondered if you could help me please, as you have times before
After thyroid cancer and a TT, neck dissection and radioactive iodine treatment... (a couple of years ago now)
is their anything in our diet we should be avoiding? For example iodine rich foods? Is there anything that can complicate things or increase the chances of thyroid growth or anything at all I should steer clear of.
I tried searching the net but I get totally lost unhelpful information
Kindly

Heya Honey,
Nope, you're all good and have free reign with the diet to eat what you like.
Obviously the party line is eat a healthy and well balanced diet. But you do what you like, nothing thyroid cancer wise to stop you.
