That's it I'm home
Rai says 3630 but not sure if this is low medium or high dose.
I'm back Monday for another scan and hopefully able to lift some of the restrictions.
I feel really well and can't complain about the treatment at all. My neck swelled up slightly but just tender. No pain.
I've had my full body scan today all good so far
Hi HL
Seems odd to call you HerbertLump now poor old Herbet is no more.
3630 is the old 'standard' treatment dose which used to be administered to almost everybody having RAI unless it was already known that they needed more.
These days with the introduction of the Lo dose (based on the HiLo trials), a lot of people at low risk are getting a lower zap. But I guess we'd call your dose 'medium'
High is around 5700 or so (give or take a bit).
Welcome back to the normal world.
Best wishes
Barbara
