Hi everyone. My wife has suffered from thyroiditis and has had her left side of thyroid gland taken out. Results came back that she has papillary cancer. First op they also removed a swollen lymph node and some more lymph nodes around the area which were fine. She has to go in to have her other half out as there is nodules on that to. What I want to know is that they are saying we can go on are planned holiday to Germany in four weeks time, then they will operate after. Is this to long? Should we be asking to have the operation sooner? Look forward to your reply and wish everyone all the best.
