hi guys
had my follow up with the consultant 2 days ago he told me that my node might be benign but it had cancerous cells either side im so confused how can it be benign if they found cancer so close to it my head is all over the place now
Hi
I can't answer your question but do you have a CNS or key worker assigned to you at the hospital where you were treated? If so they should be able to explain anything you want to know or ask the consultant for you.
Never be afraid at your appointments to ask the consultant to explain anything that you don't understand. They can forget that what is everyday to them isn't to us and sometimes we need more of an explanation.
