I wonder if anyone can help please? As husband waits for his appointment the swelling in his testicle is becoming quite large and uncomfortable ( not painful). He usually wears the standard Y fronts but he’s finding these not very good to wear. Also urinating is becoming a problem, not actually a problem with weeing but more that the swollen testicle is really getting in the way! Any suggestions much appreciated
Hi Mumonamission . When I had a hydrocele repair down there, the hospital supplied me with a sports jock strap. Comfortable and very supportive. Room for a man pad if leaking. Plenty online to look at. Might be worth a try. Best wishes.
