My mum was diagnosed with osophagus and stomach cancer, she's has a ct and a PET scan we are waiting for MDT to look at this. In the meantime she had internal bleeding overnight last night and is currently in hospital awaiting investigations tomorrow. I just wish I knew what is going on

I can't answer it myself, as I have a different cancer, however by me replying your post will be "bumped up" to the top of the page and I hope seen and answered by other members of the group.
As your mum is in hospital I hope they have the results of the investigations and you now have a clear plan moving forward.

So sorry to hear this and the worry for your family and your mum. Hopefully you will find out what's going on after the MDT. Its the waiting and not knowing that is stressful. Please give an update when you get your mums results. Keep strong. Loads of hugs.
