My mother was diagnosed with Linitus plastica, undeetn 4 rounds of FLOT plus two immunotherapy treatments of the drug Durvamumab. She underwent TG about 14 days ago, her surgeon mentioned to me that he noticed difficulty suturing the anastomosis with staples in her case and used traditional suture method. He mentioned that this is the third case where he noticed that the tissues develop immune response and surgery becomes slightly difficult. I am looking for someone who received this drug and then underwent TG and how was there response?
