Hi all, my dads history:
Diagnosed stage 4 mets to peritoneum in July 2025. Started FOLFOX and immunotherapy. Stable scans.
immunotherapy only from Feb-June 2026. Progression to liver.
Started paclitaxel in July 2026 which didn't work with further mets to liver and enlarged lymph nodes.
oncologist says we can do either Lonsurf or irinotecan but unlikely to work and to start thinking about end of life care.
Is there anyone that has been on 3rd line treatment? I don't know what to do. Surely there's more than just this?! I'm not ready to give up yet.
