My GP kindly arranged vitamin B12 injections for me, after prompting. The hospital said I would need them after TG. Since the first one I’ve been getting headaches, flushed face, tingling feet and been tired, digestion has been a bit odd too.
with the help of Google (yes I know) I reckon this is down to too much vitamin b12
Ive been taking an A-Z vitamin (contains B12) advised by the hospital
ferroglobin (contains B12) this was for low iron
and still on the Altrajuice (contains B12)
needless to say I’ll now stop the extra ones now - a warning would have been useful, or maybe I was just being dense!
