Anyone having headache some weeks after finishing first round of FLOT . Late teatime and early morning around 5 30 everyday

Am sorry to see that you are having headaches following your FLOT.
Have you spoken to your CNS about them? I wonder if they could give you some reassurance/advice as to whether the treatment is causing them or if there are any steps that you can take to prevent them. Maybe consider keeping a diary of when they occur so you can discuss them?
