My first chemo cycle was not as bad as I thought it would be. Weakness and tiredness was an issue until 2 days before the next infusions. My next cycle has resulted in additional side effects including mouth ulcers, bad taste in mouth, painful throat, stomach pains, acid reflux and much gurgling in the stomach. My chemo unit have been great with various medications to try and counteract all but are there any further suggestions to try and improve my mouth, taste and stomach?
Thank you for your reply and I think I am drinking about that amount but will check. It is good practice.
Thanks for the information and I am glad it worked for him. I have been warned not to take these as it could increase my stomach issues. However, if it works don't change!
Best Wishes
David
