My mum was diagnosed with inoperable stomach cancer 3 years ago when she was age 81. She benefited from two different forms of chemo but in each case the cancer eventually beat the treatment. The latest scan shows that the cancer is growing. Her choice is to begin a 'last resort' treatment of Lonsurf or to let things be. It would be helpful to understand views of others who might have encountered this drug. Mum hasn't had many side effects from the other forms of treatment but Lonsurf could make her feel very sick and she doesn't want to feel any worse than she already does. If you have experience of Lonsurf let me know. Thank you. Diane
HI DianeC and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
I don't have the experience you're looking for but I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. Responding to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list.
