Feeling sorry for myself really! The surgery has healed and looks fine but one side of my forehead is still frozen and feels strange. I was hoping it would be back to normal by now. I guess I need to learn patience.
Hi Kevin, I had a large BCC removed from my scalp near my right temple, 11 months ago,and a large area of my scalp is still numb...It was a large open wound and I still have a small scab but it is healing beautifully..
I don't know how long ago you had your surgery but I totally understand how you are feeling...
I was very worried about the fact that my hair wouldn't grow back and it hasn't but I have overcome that issue and it's fine...
Stay strong and be kind to yourself....Linda
Thanks for replying, you’ve no idea how encouraging it is to know I’m not the only one feeling like this! I’m not so low today, basically getting on with normal life helps a lot. It has only been three weeks so I think I need to calm down a bit. I’m sorry to hear of your hair loss but glad you’ve kind of got over that. Thanks again and take care.
kevin.
