Surgery after a ruptured tumour on my appendix

I’m 59-year-old and have recently had a ruptured LAMN discovered unexpectedly after emergency surgery abroad. Tumour 15 × 5 × 3.5 cm. Histology showed low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasm with acellular mucin involving the visceral peritoneum. Margins clear. I have been referred to Basingstoke and am trying to understand whether I may need CRS/HIPEC or surveillance. Has anyone had a similar diagnosis and what happened in their case?
