Having gone through. Radio therapy and then hormone therapy and now going through withdrawal , withdrawal along with the stress is the worst but the results is i am in remission . Has anyone else had a bad time , i think if i had known about the withdrawal simptons it would have helped.
Do you mean that you’re lost after a period of being the centre of attention you are now left to your own devices without anyone checking your place daily?
I do remember clearly that I felt alone and in cared for after my treatment finished. I felt like I was the worst patient and they had better patients to look after. And after all, I had done nothing wrong. I was depressed about being “well”
Hello Wasted
Thank you for posting - I remember you from about 12 months ago, you clearly are going through a bad time, but posting here shows you are reaching out for help and we as a group will do the best we can for you.
Your last post 12 months ago said:
"The cancer was the easiest to deal with, my demise is easy but what I leave behind isn't."
So what has changed in the last 12 months and how can we help? - this is an anonymous group so nothing you say will be linked to you.
It sounds like you have completed your treatment but just what are your "withdrawal symptoms"?
Tell us more and we will do what we can.
Best wishes - Brian.
