Evening all, I've just been diagnosed with T3 prostrate cancer following a psa check in September whic showed a psa of 11.6 and gleason of 3+4 unfortunately spread outside of prostrate to lymph nodes and one solitary bone area. So no cure but treatable, one month into zoladex hormone treatment and about to combine with darolutamide tablets. No symptoms except reduced urine flow, so a bit of a shock and emotional roller coaster. I'm 61 so relatively young and hopefully will be around for a fair time yet and happy to share my journey if it can help folk along the way. Ian

Best wishes, David
