Hello Phil A C,
It's a strange feeling at the start of RT as it seems as if they will drag on, but once into the daily routine it's surprising how time flies & before you know it they have finished.
It will seem a bit odd at first not having the rigour of daily treatment but life will now regain more normality & you can look ahead more positively. Good that the side effects have only affected you moderately & here's hoping they soon start to improve.
Best Wishes
Brian
Thanks Brian, I agree the rigours of daily treatment was for me a slight panic each day tt get there on time and prepare. I managed my water intake well before each session, only having to empty a bit on a couple of occassions. I also prpared with firness, weight lifting to keep my bone density up and pool exercises three times a week. I think that has all helped withreducing the side effects.
Now for some quiet days and not so many early starts!
Phil
