First biopsy 7 years ago 6.5 PSA, no cancer, very large prostate, considered BPH, slow PSA increase for next 7 years, PSA jumps from 9.5 to 14 then to 17.5...2nd biopsy three weeks ago...cancer, 3+[light]4 Gleason, considered contained, surgery scheduled 9/15...age 72
