Morning all,
Just been diagnosed with prostate cancer. 2 x Gleason 3 = 3 one 3+4, no outward symptoms other than a little more going to pee than I thought normal. First PSA 12, next one at Hospital I'm 71, pretty fit and active. I'm going to post a separate thread about treatment options. Like many, I suspect, I know people who've had prostate cancer been cured. For my naive part I thought they'd have more noticeable symptoms. Not in any health checks I've had since age 50 with any GP surgery has ever mentioned PSA testing. Rant over, my Hospital Urology Dept have been absolutely brilliant in their care and advice and that's what's keeping me going. More on another post.
