Completed my 20 treatments of radiotherapy. Fortunately all went well with few side effects. It's nearly a month after my treatment and feel much better. Still taking care with my diet to minimise any side effects. I had a second injection of hormonal treatment. I would like to know if anybody had this injection continued and for how long this can continue.

I had 6 months of Decapeptyl injections prior to radiotherapy in December/January this year. Depending on your diagnosis ( mine was PSA 135 T3A Nomo Gleason 3+4 =7), I have another 14 months of ADT all being well. I think it depends on your diagnosis .

I am on 12 weekly Zoladex implants by injection and Darolutamide tablets for "life" - no end in sight as mine has metastasised into pelvic and abdominal lymph nodes....

I have also had chemotherapy and looking to have RT in the autumn.

Seems like you can be on some of this stuff until it stops working and it has to be changed.
