I will ask this question at our next appt but if anyone can cast some light on this then fab
Paul's staging is T3N0M1b......he has no spread to lymph nodes, no traces near bladder or bowel but he has widespread bone mets.......does this not equate to a stage 4???? I do feel alittle confused by it but its likely something very simple as i have seen others on here with same staging.
Thank you

Hi Polly1912 try not to get too worried about the diagnosis. It is very confusing but remember, Stage 4 PCa isn’t like stage 4 for most other cancers. Firstly, it is slow growing (even the aggressive Gleason 9) and secondly, it is now very treatable. I am 8 years since an advanced diagnosis (in lymph nodes) and two years since bone metastasis.
Best wishes, David
