I've used Omron M3 for years, works well, I suffer from white coat syndrome so always high if a Dr takes it.

Best to go for for one on your upper arm rather than finger ones.

Boots sell the best low budget but excellent models. It’s the model drs use a lot too so the quality is brill.

It’s a brilliant guide and competitor as long as you are calm writing the results down.

so be brave and let those numbers sing out your pressures.

Wait a few minutes each time to take a reading so your heart is at Normal Sinus rhythm (NSR) then you shouldn’t get spikes of high or low numbers.
