Hi looking for a bit of support after my RP in February.ED is causing me a bit of distress, haven’t seen much improvement in this dept.Wonder how others cope with this ?
My wife and I are managing to be intimate, but finding difficult to cope with all the changes.Would appreciate any advice on how to progress
You are not alone Hibernian.
This couple’s disease is truly devastating on top of the cancer.
There are lots of info out there about ED and the intimacy issues both by forum members (pardon the pun) and by the Macmillan support online or verbally by phone, there’ll be more accurate advice soon I’m sure.
This thing you’re going through is all too common and you both (OH and you) are in this together.
Please know there’s loads that can be done.

I have not had surgery but Hormone Therapy in my case has removed the ability to have full sexual intercourse - we still have fun - just in other ways!!.
I hope the above helps.
Best wishes - Brian.
