Last Wednesday I made my prostatectomy in Leuven ,robotic with Da Vinci robot ,everything went perfectly according to the plan as my surgeon assistant told me the day after my surgery, one night stand on the hospital, an now some weeks for recovery, almost no pain ,only the gases in following days ,the belly hurts a little bit when walking ,now next Thursday to remove bandages and cateter, also the first appointment for blader exercises as the long recovery begins ,in middle o mei appointmentwirmth surgeonto discuss next steps,lots of hope in my heart at this moment, behind stays the dark days of diagnosis and uncertain treatment, with the help of God, and many of you ,now I think I'm in a good path ,thank you all very much .keep on fighting, we all know it's difficult but one thing I learned with some amazing people here ,Never give up .
Great your past your surgery and not in too much discomfort . It’s now time to relax and after your catheter removal it will be time to exercise.
