Hello Everyone
Thank you for all the support you have given to our Community over the past 12 months. So we can keep the forum free for help and advice can we please try and use this thread for Christmas and New Year greetings and the "No Specific Topic" thread for general chit-chat.
On the matter of advice we give to Community members can we please not add either AI or Chat GPT generated advice to threads as we can't confirm these answers come from "trusted sources". Thanks.
On a personal note - that's me done with Hormone Therapy - 3 years completed so I assume I am technically "cancer free". I am on 6 monthly PSA tests for the next 5 years so I will be keeping an eye on things.
So Lorraine (Mrs Millibob) and I would like to wish everyone and their families on the Community a very Happy Christmas and our best wishes for 2025. We hope you all have a well deserved break and have a great holiday with family and friends.
During the Christmas and New year break there will be a normal service from me, however the Support Line will be on reduced hours.
Thanks again for your understanding and continued support.
Brian - Online Community Champion.
Good evening Liz and OH and so glad that you have had things explained as well as getting a better relationship established with the oncologist. We will toast you with a nice Dura and I hope you start to plan that holiday now.
Sending you big hugs.
Toasting you all with a nice glass of Asbach Brandy.

Just about to have my warm Water before RT 8-30 at the hospital!
Good morning mstev2 ,
best wishes on your RT journey . Spiced ribena sounds awfully exotic. OH had one very small malt whisky but ended up putting it into the fridge for later . Our 10 yr old grandson was visiting last night and the usual right into the fridge to see what’s for eating . He lifted the glass and handed it to OH and said happy new year grandad. What a moment as he doesn’t even know .
take care
Liz & OH xx
Best wishes and that will be another on your RT journey .
Liz & OH xx
Hope it goes smoothly. How's your treatment going?
Steve (SteveCam)
