Hi everyone - it`s been a while and wanted to provide another update on my personal PC journey which is now almost 3 years` old!    Where did that go?  Just had my 6 monthly PSA result and now down to 0.04 - Happy Days!!

I`m due my "FINAL" Fingers crossedMuscle  HT Prostap jab later this month - Whoo Hoo!   What a roller coaster journey it is with highs and lows.  To name a couple - we lost our beloved Black Lab Barney in December but he was over 100 in human years so he had a bloody good innings but is sorely missed Rainbow

Lots of highs too with the PSA progress, holidays in Canaries with The Rock (My wife Lorraine), who`s still my soul mate and driving force - she deserves several medals Heart️

The fatigue, hot flushes, moobs and mood swings have sort of become a normal part of life and I can`t wait to experience some kind of physical and mental normality post RT.  I understand it could take a while to get there and will report back as usual in 6 months.

So hopefully my journey will give fellow PC peeps positivity and inspiration for the future - the doom and gloom of diagnosis after Christmas 2023 are a distant memory.  In some weird way it`s been a blast and certainly helps prioritise the important aspects of life.  As we said at the start - We`ve Got This MuscleBoxing glove

Best regards to the Champions especially Millibob and Alpine Wanderer who helped me so much in the early days Heart️  My advice to anyone new to the Club is stay connected  with this wonderful group, watch listen and learn - it helped me to where I am today.  A challenge shared is a challenge halved!

FOR UPDATES ON MY JOURNEY- just click on My Profile/Activity tab - hopefully this will help others with similar diagnosis and provide some positivity on their own journey.

  • Congratulations on reaching the goal post! It’s good to hear about people’s successes. For us, it’s now 4 years since we were going through the diagnostics! How treatments etc have advanced in those 4 years!

Take care and I wish you low PSAs for everBlush
