Last thusday i had a meeting with my oncologist, the previous meeting before i was bemused he seemed very concerned that i take the abiterone plan.....i thought he might think i was going to refuse treatment, which i would never do.This meeting he said that last time he was seriously considering a palliative care programme for me hence the shock,my psa rise was steep. The good news is my psa is now 0.06 he was highly elated for me and i think he was impressed with abiterone as a powerful weapon in the armoury.I confess i went home and cried.Literally my immediate future is good ...down to abiterone. No scans....i presume i just carry on ?I was to emotional to ask questions...Just his words colin...you are allright.cancer treatment can be hard at times.
Hello Col (Big Col )
The treatment's working and I would give my left hand for a PSA of 0.06 so all is good.
Yes, carry on you are doing brilliantly and enjoy life. You have a great oncologist.
Thank you for the update.
Kind regards - Brian.
