I know some people on the forum have reported having lots of problems with the side effects of Relugolix. I have been on Relugolix for just under two years and until very recently my experience has been benign with only minimal issues.
Very common side effects of Relugolix include hot flushes, diarrhoea or constipation. Common ones include dizziness.
I had pelvic radiotherapy 10 years ago and this definitely damaged the colon making me susceptible to loose bowel movements and incontinence issues but this seems to have got progressively worse over the last 6- 12 months. Delayed effect of Relugolix?
Only very recently have I suffered from hot flushes, which generally have been mild but, two nights ago I woke at around 1:00 am needing the loo. I got out of bed and had to hang onto doors and anything solid in order not to fall over. I also found that I was suffering a significant hot flush. A couple of hours later both the flush and the dizziness had disappeared.
My question to those who have been on Relugolix for a while is has anyone else suffered increasing symptoms which could be caused by Relugolix side effects?
