As previous posts, 46 year old, diagnosed with metastatic Prostate caner in April, on Triplet Therapy. A slight concern this week with my PSA rising from 0.438 to 1.08, just my final chemo session which I had on Friday — doesn't seem a big increase, but still around 146%.
Obviously it’s a number I’d rather have seen continue to fall, especially after such a positive response from 309 at diagnosis down to 0.438.
Trying not to read too much into one result, but it’s certainly something I’ll be discussing with the oncology team.
Has anyone else experienced a PSA spike like this during chemo, only for it to come back down again?
