I have been off hormone therapy for about 9 months now. There have been some slight improvements in my sexual abilities. From nothing, I have begun to experience some semi erections in the morning. Also I have regained an interest in having sex as my libido is returning. However, attempting sexual intercourse is humiliating and has become an experience I tend to shy away from although my wife is very understanding. My question here is has anyone used a vacuum penis pump? Has anyone had any success with achieving an erection? Blue pills no longer work and I am getting desperate to regain some semblance of manhood.
