Hot feet and pins and needles started around 4 weeks after radiation treatment ended.

Hi Dave, it would seem you have a touch of peripheral neuropathy, with radiotherapy a likely cause, I had it, just in feet, and found stimulating the nerves just regular short walks, moving your feet in circles and wiggling your toes gradually improved things.

I've had a similar experience exacerbated by recurrent back pain. I have been able to control it by walking as Eddie suggests. 

It is annoyance, but not a great deal more than that.
