Hello, i hsve posted elsewhere aboit my fathers journey.
diagnosed November 2024. Started triple therapy January 2025. By January 2026 it was clear it had become resistant so put on cabacitaxel. After 7 rounds it’s clear it’s not doing anything. He has been taken off cabacitaxel and will start leutetium in 4 weeks.
PSA on diagnosis was 250, Gleason 9, T4 mets all over skeleton.
his PSA a month ago was 56 (up from 54 the previous month). After triple therapy his PSa went from negligible to 0.3, 3, 13, etc (doubling every 4 weeks which is when the resistance became obvious).
any experience here of leutetium after cabacitaxel?
thank you

I hope this helps.
Best wishes - Brian.
