Just received my latest psa reading which was 10.1 , last 3 were 11.1. 10.6. 10.3 so a downward trend, although it’s on the high side I will be hoping to stay on A/S .
Psa is only .1 more than it was in 2024.
My consultant told me as I have an enlarged prostate this could have a bearing on my fluctuating psa readings this last 4 years.
I have generally been ok on A/S but when I got a reading of 11.1 the following 3 monthly results have been more of a worry, but as I say at least it’s on a downward trend.
Just a wait now to see what the consultant recommends.
Best wishes to all on here.
Roy.
Gleason 3-3 and a large prostate gland. Yes, you are a good candidate for AS, with reasonably regular PSA tests. AW
