My partner just started Enzalutamide for castrate resistant advanced prostste cancer which was diagnosed 4 years ago. He was treated with chemothersphy and radiation at the time and Decaptyl. He is currently in his 4th week of the drug and feeling very hung over each morning with associated mild headaches/unable to get over to sleep for first 2hours and having disturbing dreams. So generally feeling miserable. My question is will all of these symptoms reduce overcome coming months. We are not keen on changing to Abaraterone /steroids as they can have an effect on sleep pattern also. Any advice would be much appreciated.
