Hello, I'm on a different hormone regime. Decapepeptyl and Enzalutamide. I get the hot flushes but not as regularly as you. They don't seem to last that long and I'm just riding them out for now. My local cancer charity, Force, has offered me a course of Acupuncture but we're holding off on that and waiting to see if they get worse. Mind you in this weather it's hard to distinguish them sometimes.
