So looks like you have had 2 biopsies now, how many Mris u had, what did that show.

What level is PSA at

15 months surveillance 2biopsy 3wks ago another lision found on right side I was gleeson6 6 can’t be offered any chemo or radiotherapy psa3.4 just want to know if this side is malignant other side 18 cores 15 cancer just want to know what’s going on 

Yes I understand, another couple of options could be immunotherapy or PARP inhibitors neither of which are linked to chemo or RT..

Could be worth asking, used to be clinical trials but I think immunotherapy is now more widely available

Can’t have either as had testicular twice going to ask about nano knife 

Have they said you can't have those two cos of the testicular cancer 

Not usual meds so would be surprised if had talked about them

I had intense radiotherapy and chemo so casteration followed when prostate cancer appeared they stopped my testosterone injections all psa testerone bloods were dropping then wham new lision anxiety keep phoning for results asked for them to go on nhs site said they don’t put them on till after appointment said it would be face to face now telephone appointment 

Ok, well I think still worth asking about immunotherapy in particular , it's not anything to do with radiotherapy or chemo so hopefully an option if needed.

Your stats seem low so possibly active surveillance another option

Do you have access to the NHS app Admiral ? If so, you might find some info on there which you may not have been told yet. My consultant sends a report to my GP after each visit which I find useful as I tend to forget what has been said while I’m in there very quickly…!

Just be a little careful as it’s often the hard facts without any further information or explanations which the medics usually add to, and might be stuff you don’t want to read without being able ask questions there and then.
