Hi, an update if you please.
I was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer (Gleason 4+4) PSA 39.9 on March 31st.
Started my HT Darolutamide/Triptorelin on 9th May.
I don’t start my RT until 7th July but today at my 2nd assessment my PSA was 1.9.
I’ve been told this is a good score and good reaction to my treatment and the exercise & dietary regime I’ve adopted since I found out so I’m really pleased.
I wanted to share this with you, not just because I’m pleased with myself but to demonstrate that if you demonstrate the right attitude and are lucky enough to have good reaction to the medicine, anything is possible, even for incurables like me.

Brilliant post, I love the PSA result and your attitude is spot on. Yes there will be good and bad days moving forward but take the positives whilst you can.

A good PSA result before you even start RT, so things are looking promising.
I'm on HT (prostap) and darolutmide indefinitely having had recurrence in early 2024 when I also had chemo. I'm doing OK too, enjoying life and holidays.
