Having finished 20 sessions of salvage radiotherapy in mid April, went for the PSA test on Monday.
Result was 0.04, down from 0.35 taken in mid march, the first day of the salvage radiotherapy.
Well pleased with that but will be speaking with my oncologist next about the result. Hopefully he's happy that the radiotherapy has cleared up what was still lurking around after my operation in April 2025

I received my 12 week review result yesterday and still undetectable, it's a good feeling isn't it?

Spoke with my oncologist this afternoon. He's happy with the PSA level. Mission accomplished in regards to the radiotherapy treatment.
No further hormone therapy 
Now on 3 monthly surveillance blood tests to monitor it.
I asked about the hotspot seen in the pelvic area. He said the bone looked fine and was likely just a false positive from a scan.
So can't have hoped for much better
