Husband been diagnosed since 2022 stage 4. Been through various treatments. Recent psma pet scan reveal non small cell liver metastases. Pluvicto plans cancelled as the cancer tumor in the liver does not have any psma uptake. Like all here it’s been tough. Started Thursday on the carboplatin and cabazitaxel cocktail. Went through 10 rounds docetaxel last round last December and treated some remaining lesions with radiation earlier this year. The psma scan revealed liver lesions and some psma uptake in bone. Hoping to get more information from anyone on what to look out for in terms of side effects to provide the best care I can for him at home. pretty rough going trying to stay upbeat to support him the best I can. Quit work this year to care for him full time.
he contracted PJP and neutropenia after his 10th round and was hospitalized for 3 weeks. He is on atorvuqoune and was given nyvepria after infusion. Any feedback, greatly appreciated.

I have managed to "dodge" chemotherapy so far (touch wood) on my personal journey but an sure others will be along soon to offer their support.
