My husband is on oral Abiraterone and 6 monthly Decapeptyl injections for stage 4 Prostate Cancer diagnosed this time last year.
He is currently away from home and has called me today to say that he is developed pitting odoema in both feet. Is this something we need to be concerned about? Does he need to do anything now or can it wait until he sees his consultant again at the beginning of July?
Thanks
II would suggest he rings NHS111 where he can be appropriately triaged and the correct actions advised. Pitting oedema can occur for a variety of reasons.
