Good to hear you're feeling well on this medication. Abiraterone stops the adrenal glands from producing cortisol. The added steroid replaces this crucial hormone.

Are you on Omeprazole too? It's recommended to control the steroid impact on the stomach.

Thank you L1m perfectly explained  I have 2 small bone mets, clavicle and thorax so I thought it was related to bones. I have asked this question before can't I just have SABR or is this  not required at this stage?And a thank you to the researchers who develop these medications.
