Hi all
Initial PSA ( started at 4.56, G3-4, T2b but possible ECE ) after HD Brachy Boost ( ended Nov 25 )with 6 months Orgavyx was 0.03. Now been off Orgavyx 2.5 months and no hot flushes for a good month and nightly erections etc. todays psa up to 0.17 which I think is expected as Orgavyx testosterone recovery is around 2-3 months much faster than others. But nhs not testing my testosterone although I’m pretty sure I’m back to almost normal there. So I’m hoping this is still a good result but obviously it’s a long journey of psa testing and all the worry that comes with it!
Anyone else come off Orgavyx and had a fast return to manhood?
The PSA of 0.17 after the withdrawal of Orgavyx is quite expected, because this drug provides rapid recovery of testosterone. Your physical sensations and nocturnal erections are great indicators that the body is successfully returning to normal.
For additional support of confidence during this period, many choose the BlueChew reviews . User feedback confirms that this is a convenient solution for improving intimate life during hormonal changes.
Hi Angus JG - if you had Brachy boost, be aware that you could get PSA bounce, as the inflammation of all that cancer cell killing can cause a spike in PSA. AW
