2yesrs and 6 months after surgery, everything removed lymph nodes nerves semial sack , psa has risen 3 consecutive times now at 0.7 .Now referred to oncology, I know it is a small psa but my head is spinning, though I was done with all this shit but apparently now , as usual no one is speaking to me . My 2 daughters work in nhs , one a staff nurse the other a midwife I know the problems they face daily, my wife is my rock always has been . but I feel alone, I have permanent inconteince and ed was my surgery worth

I am so sorry to find you back here with ED, incontinence and a rising PSA. Sadly sometimes after surgery the first two are side effects - have you spoken to your team about both of these? There are way to fix both issues.
As for the rising PSA I would hope the oncology team book you in for a PSMA-PET scan and bone scan to see just where the little sods are in your body. The next course of action will be to kill any remaining cancer cells off with a combination of hormone/radiotherapy.
I know it's a worrying development and we are all here for you - please don't feel alone and ask any questions you wish however trivial they may be.
