Hi all,
Completed 6 cycles of Docetaxel Chemotherapy a little under a week ago (all went very smoothly with no concerning issues), the team on the day unit were incredible throughout, and funnily enough I enjoyed my time there, it was also a great feeling ringing the bell, which now signals the next phase on my treatment journey...
It's going to be a little disconcerting not having a PSA test every 3 weeks, but I'm going to turn that on its head and look at the fact I haven't got that anxious feeling I get after each test so close together, next one is very early January in preparation for an Oncology consultation meeting...
In the meantime a CT scan, then Christmas.
Feeling great and living life, and seldom dwelling on this unfortunate situation.
All the best to You all
Jay
