I am so sorry the Chemotherapy hasn't worked. It would help us to help you if you filled in your profile so we can see what treatments you have already had - but here's a few ideas;

* 2nd generation Hormone Therapy - Abiraterone, Enzalutamide, Darolutamide or Apalutamide.

* Radiotherapy or Radium 223.

* Have you checked out any available clinical trials?
