Hello everybody I have had my testerone injections stopped jan when I saw specialist he said I would lose body mass and put on weight but I’m losing weight very tired has anybody else lost weight bit concerned

  • Hi  ,

Losing weight is the one thing that hasn't yet happened to me.

I think you would be well advised to tell your medical team about that.

    Steve

    Changed, but not diminished.
  • I did they said not their problem the weight loss they deal with the prostate go see doctor I rang up and they said I’m under Epping hospital they should deal with it confused

  • Hello

I think this is a question for your GP. I would contact them and ask for an appointment. The fact that you are under the cancer team at the hospital has nothing to do with your day to day health.

You are losing weight - it's not a side effect of prostate cancer treatment so you need to push for a GP appointment.

Do let us know how you get on.

    Best wishes - Brian.
