Have just registered to the online community prostate cancer site.
Receiving an email for each comment made on a title subject so accumulating individual emails instead of each members comments being added to original title/subject.
Have I perhaps not set my account up correctly, also I don't know why my account has a series of letters/numbers after John which I thought should have just read as John70/68/69 (not sure which in the end as two of these numbers were already taken).
Could you advise me please how I can correct this or should I close the account and start again.

Welcome to the club although I am sorry to find you here. Navigating the Community take a little bit of "getting used to" and some trial and error so:
* Changing your user name: How-do-i-change-my-username.
* E-mail settings can be changed in "Settings". On your home page click on the chair (top right) and then "settings". You can then alter the notification settings. Don't forget to save your changes.
Anything else just ask.
